Description

Octafluorocyclobutane is a kind of green special gas with stable chemical properties, non-toxic and harmless, low GWP value and zero ozone depletion index (ODP) value. Chemical properties octafluorocyclobutane is stable and does not react with other substances under normal conditions.

This product is mainly used in the food industry for stable non-toxic food aerosol spray agent, refrigerant, mixed with sulfur hexaoxide electrolyte, fluorine containing compound polymerization medium, semiconductor equipment in the production process of etching or cleaning gas.

The product can be used as one of the components of the refrigerant mix to replace CFC-12, a permanent replacement with no damage to the ozone layer, and can also be used as an aerosol.
